Tim has been in the restaurant/catering business for 20 years. Tim has traveled the globe and loves getting to experience all cultures through food. He then brings that to his kitchen sharing the flavors and ideas back with the world.
Tim and his wife Jacque love Knoxville — they love helping the less fortunate in the community.
They are often found under the bridges downtown feeding the hungry. They have a heart to train and teach the hospitality industry to those who need help finding a purpose in life.
